About the role

  • Solution construction: Develop integrations with conversational systems (WhatsApp, AppChat, etc.).
  • Feature implementation: Create features connected to the GB Agent Platform.
  • Experimentation: Execute and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
  • Software quality: Write tests following the principles of the test pyramid.

  • Agile methodology: Work in a Kanban environment, collaborating directly with PMs and Tech Leads.

Requirements

  • Strong Python skills: Solid development experience using the Django framework.
  • Search ecosystem: Experience or strong interest in Elasticsearch (queries, indexing, and performance).
  • Innovation stack: Experience with Google Cloud tools (AI) and use of GitHub Copilot to optimize the development workflow.
  • Resilience and adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic (Direct Sales) environments that undergo constant change.
  • Process-focused: A "guardian" profile for best practices and documentation, ensuring knowledge is preserved and new members integrate smoothly.
  • Proactive attitude: Suggest improvements and raise the team's technical bar through feedback and knowledge sharing.
  • Knowledge of Node.js: Familiarity with the language, especially for interactions with the BFF (Backend for Frontend).
