About the role
- You will be the architect of our company's new benefits experience. As the owner of the new Benefits Product, your mission is to transform a complex ecosystem into a smooth, human-centered, high-impact digital journey. More than managing a roadmap, you will be the strategist who connects employees' pain points to business goals, raising perceived value and positioning our brand as a market differentiator. - Strategy and Future Vision: Define and drive the long-term vision for the Benefits Portal, ensuring the roadmap is always aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Culture of Continuous Discovery: Lead exploration of pain points and opportunities, using user research and data analysis to turn insights into tangible innovation.
- Value Engineering and Backlog: Act as the guardian of the backlog, translating complex needs into user stories and epics prioritized for maximum impact to the company.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Serve as the strategic bridge between Business, Engineering, Design (UX/UI), and Operations, ensuring complete alignment and clear communication.
- Go-to-Market and Adoption: Orchestrate the launch of new features, ensuring the delivered value is understood and adopted by employees and leaders.
- Data-driven Management: Define and monitor success KPIs, using performance metrics to guide iterations and support critical decision-making.
- Backlog management at scale: Manage technical interdependencies between the Benefits Portal and the new backbone layer, ensuring product deliveries are synchronized with the evolution of the HR core infrastructure.
- Value Proposition Ambassador: Act as a strategic facilitator to elevate the perceived value of benefits, ensuring the digital product is not just a functional tool but a channel of transparency and engagement that drives talent retention.
Requirements
- Solid experience in developing digital products, having led the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Deep knowledge of discovery frameworks (Continuous Discovery) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with a focus on reducing uncertainty and quickly validating hypotheses.
- Proven ability to translate user pain points and business objectives into a prioritized backlog, with well-crafted user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience defining and analyzing product metrics (KPIs, OKRs, North Star Metric) and user behavior to guide strategic decision-making.
- Specific knowledge of the Corporate Benefits ecosystem, understanding operational nuances and employee value expectations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate and influence across levels of the organization (from operational teams to C-level).
- Mindset focused on the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence to optimize processes, personalize journeys, and scale product efficiency.
- Ability to maintain focus and productivity through technological transitions and process changes.
- Strong sensitivity to Employee Experience, with a deep understanding of value generation through emotional engagement and cultural identity.
- Ownership mindset to take responsibility for the product’s end-to-end success, from the technical foundation in SAP to the user's final click.
- Systems thinking, with a 360° view to understand how each feature impacts the global HR ecosystem and the perceived value of benefits.
- Ability to move across different business areas, translating technical needs into strategic value for stakeholders.
- Flexibility to navigate and lead deliveries in environments of deep change and technological migration.
- Previous experience working with products connected to Corporate Benefits.
- Nice to have:
- . Experience with data or analytics products for generating predictive and prescriptive insights.
