About the role
- Influence the long-term vision by ensuring the roadmap remains connected to business objectives and market movements.
- Lead the discovery of pains and opportunities, using user research and data analysis to turn insights into tangible innovation.
- Act as the backlog owner, translating complex needs into user stories and epics prioritized by the highest impact for the company.
- Serve as the strategic bridge between Business, Engineering, Design (UX/UI), and Operations, ensuring full alignment and clear communication.
- Orchestrate the launch of new features, ensuring delivered value is understood and adopted by employees and leaders.
- Track and monitor success KPIs, using performance metrics to guide iterations and underpin critical decision-making.
- Manage technical interdependencies between the employee portal and the new backbone layer, ensuring product deliveries are synchronized with the evolution of the core HR infrastructure.
- Act as a strategic facilitator to elevate the experience of employees and leaders, ensuring the digital product is not just a functional tool but a channel of transparency and engagement that drives clarity and productivity.
Requirements
- Experience in digital product development, having led the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Sharp focus on Employee Experience, with a deep understanding of value generation through emotional engagement and cultural identity.
- Deep knowledge of discovery frameworks (Continuous Discovery) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with an emphasis on reducing uncertainty and rapidly validating hypotheses.
- Proven ability to translate user pains and business objectives into a prioritized backlog, with well-crafted user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience defining and analyzing product metrics (KPIs, OKRs, North Star Metric) and user behavior to guide strategic decision-making.
- Experience in developing and deploying chatbot products with generative AI focused on EX/CX (Employee Experience/Customer Experience).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate and influence across different organizational levels (from operational to C-level).
- Mindset oriented toward the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence to optimize processes, personalize journeys, and scale product efficiency.
- Ability to maintain focus and productivity even during technological transitions and process changes.
- Skill in bridging different business areas, translating technical needs into strategic value for stakeholders.
- Flexibility to navigate and lead deliveries in environments of profound change and technological migrations.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with data or analytics products for generating predictive and prescriptive insights.
- Experience with SAFe or other scaling frameworks to coordinate deliveries in interdependent environments.
- Knowledge of Design Systems and digital accessibility.
