About the role
- Commercial management of key account clients with the objective of ensuring business growth with profitability;
- Management of client performance using key indicators: sell-out, sell-in, inventory, DOH (Days on Hand), store turnover, product availability, virtual inventory, market share, price, and product mix;
- Execution: Close collaboration with the field team to ensure excellent execution of our products and commercial negotiations, acting decisively in scenarios of virtual inventory and stockouts;
- Conduct regular market routes to monitor in-store execution, trade initiatives, and to map opportunities;
- Monthly alignment with the field (sell-out) team on commercial actions and strategies to be executed and monitored;
- Develop, together with internal teams and clients, the channel promotional calendar to boost sell-out performance;
- Ensure the introduction and performance monitoring of product launches within innovation cycles;
- Interface with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service: trade, sell-out team, customer service, logistics, finance, and legal;
- Plan and monitor client investments, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of activations (ROI);
- Management of budgets (commercial and trade) and discounts/allowances;
- Responsible for building and developing the JBP (Joint Business Plan) with clients, with regular follow-ups.
Requirements
- Experience managing Key Accounts;
- Knowledge of commercial KPIs (sell-out, sell-in, DOH, product availability, numerical distribution, weighted distribution, financial indicators, P&L, market share, etc.);
- Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze scenarios are essential to take on this challenge;
- Familiarity with Neogrid, Nielsen and Scanntech databases;
- Experience in the grocery/food channel within the Hygiene & Beauty category;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of and proficiency with Google Workspace tools is a plus.
