About the role

  • Implement the best backend solutions for our clients collaboratively, always aiming for the best user experience for our products;
  • Develop, write unit and integration tests, deploy and monitor, and ensure code quality and programming best practices;
  • Improve applications by identifying opportunities for enhancement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems;
  • Demonstrate a sense of ownership by participating in implementation decisions for products;
  • Improve system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures;
  • Maintain, refactor and review existing code through code reviews and pair programming;
  • Research and adopt new technologies when relevant;
  • Keep documentation up to date and act as a technical mentor to other developers, sharing programming best practices with the team;
  • Use integrated AI and data in coding.

Requirements

  • Required knowledge and experience in:
  • - Java 8+, Spring 2+ (Advanced);
