About the role

  • Responsible for guiding O Boticário and Eudora’s franchise network through strategic marketing consultancy aimed at increasing market share and/or sales;
  • Ensure approval and lead the governance of regional marketing plans with internal teams and strategic partners;
  • Plan and execute regional special projects and activations, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, franchisees);
  • Responsible for analyzing and identifying opportunities to develop regional markets with a consumer focus, and for conducting periodic visits to states within the region for working meetings with franchisees, the commercial team, or strategic partners;
  • Monitor investment indicators within the marketing plans and manage the financial budget for marketing investments across the franchise groups;
  • Manage approved agencies, ensuring execution of plans approved by franchisees.

Requirements

  • University degree completed;
  • Preferably residing in the Central-West or North regions;
  • Experience in the retail sector;
  • Strong communication skills for presentations to franchisees and leadership;
  • Availability to travel (will hold frequent in-person meetings with franchisees);
  • Analytical mindset to drive results, understand marketing scenarios, and analyze indicators;
  • General knowledge of marketing;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
