About the role

  • Manage the reputation index: monitor and analyze changes in reputational perception, perform impact analyses and data intelligence;
  • Act as an internal consultant to the company’s different areas, identifying issues of interest and structuring integrated mitigation and communication plans;
  • Draft and review high-complexity texts, such as official statements, reactive notes and communications for stakeholders;
  • Reputational analysis: influencers and public figures, brand and institutional events and campaigns;
  • Monitor the external landscape and significant developments to anticipate reputational risks, issuing preventive alerts and structuring containment plans based on public perception data;
  • Manage, consolidate and monitor the area’s performance indicators (KPIs), turning data into strategic reports;
  • Responsible for managing the area’s budget, ensuring investment efficiency and interfacing with the finance department, including handling invoice issuance and contract management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related fields;
  • Intermediate level of English and Spanish;
  • Solid experience in press relations/corporate communications, crisis management, reputation management, strategic planning, social media and execution of brand campaigns;
  • Analytical profile with advanced data analysis skills and the ability to generate insights from indicators (KPIs) and incoming information;
  • Excellent writing skills, strong interpersonal skills with diverse audiences, high negotiation and analytical capability, autonomy and a problem-solving mindset.
