About the role
- Budget Management (G&A): Control operating expenses, ensuring adherence to the budget and proactively signaling deviations.
- Data Intelligence: Consolidate historical data and perform comparative analyses to support forecasting, enabling predictive decisions and greater financial efficiency.
- Loss Mitigation: Manage loss indicators (product expiration, damages and inventory variances), proposing robust action plans to reduce impacts on results.
- Profitability Analysis: Support store network performance analysis through critical reading of the P&L (Revenue, COGS, Margin and Expenses).
- Goal Deployment: Accurately execute the target allocation process, ensuring consistency of information to the frontline.
- Commercial Support: Monitor incentive programs and campaigns, ensuring SLAs are met and maintaining clear communication with partner areas.
- Governance and Processes: Consolidate management reports and ensure standardization and discipline of the area’s administrative routines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
- Prior experience in Planning, Controllership or Commercial areas.
- Advantage: Experience with budget control or cost management.
- Advanced Excel: Proficiency with pivot tables, complex formulas and database structuring.
- Financial Acumen: Solid knowledge in reading P&L statements (Gross Margin, Operating Margin, etc.).
- Analytical Ability: Skill to interpret financial indicators and translate them into actionable diagnoses.
- Ownership Mindset: Attention to detail with a strong focus on financial impact.
- Proactivity: Ability to learn quickly and seek autonomy in execution.
- Assertive Communication: Ability to interact with partner areas clearly and collaboratively.
- Discipline: Rigorous organization with deadlines and deliverables.
