About the role

  • Deliver high-complexity mobile solutions with quality and adherence to the team’s architectural standards
  • Actively participate in product technical discussions, proposing solutions to the challenges presented
  • Perform code reviews applying development best practices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, UX, security, etc.)
  • Contribute to the evolution of the app architecture and support strategic decisions
  • Debug and resolve technical issues independently

Requirements

  • Flutter (2+ years): Experience in Flutter development, including state management (Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod), navigation, and API integration.
  • Mobile Development: Knowledge of mobile application lifecycles, UX/UI best practices, and basic performance optimization.
  • Full Stack Experience: Experience as a Full Stack developer with strong front-end expertise in Flutter.
  • Backend: Experience in backend development with Node.js.
  • Backend Integration: Experience integrating with backend systems via REST APIs, applying error handling, authentication, and asynchronous data handling techniques.
  • Version Control: Familiarity with Git workflows (Git Flow, trunk-based development).
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) and participating in ceremonies (daily, planning, retrospective, review, etc.).
  • Testing: Application of unit and widget tests to ensure reliability, maintainability, and safety in the codebase.
