About the role

  • Act as a strategic bridge between data, the business, and technology, ensuring alignment and effective execution of digital initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes in the Demand Planning area;
  • Develop presentations, tools, and reports to support the Demand team and leadership;
  • Conduct analyses to diagnose issues and produce recommendations for the business;
  • Automate internal processes related to Demand;
  • Collaborate directly on the development and evolution of digital products that serve the Demand area.

Requirements

  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Presentation and communication skills to contribute effectively in discussions with technical (data) teams and with the business area;
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to build partnerships to perform the connector/support role across different areas;
  • Strong business knowledge to act as a focal point for translating strategy into tactical plans, functional requirements into technical specifications, and projects into results;
  • Logical reasoning and experience in performance analysis;
  • Preferably practical experience handling large datasets and using databases/tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, etc.);
  • Preferably experience with Google platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
