About the role

  • Support the development and rollout of strategic levers for the store channel;
  • Support pilot projects and rollouts, contributing to communication, sales force training, and sustaining the strategy in the day-to-day operations of stores;
  • Monitor performance KPIs and implementation routines, identifying opportunities and improvements;
  • Responsible for connecting internal teams to enable the implementation of new initiatives;
  • *6-month contract.*

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Project Management, or related fields);
  • Experience working in matrixed or cross-functional environments with multiple internal stakeholders;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with business areas, users, and stakeholders;
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google tools (Google Sheets and Google Slides).
