About the role

  • Translate the brand’s essence for the international market by creating content that moves between the dynamic motion of fashion films and the impact of high-level static design.
  • Work with the agility of a startup within a large organization, with autonomy to manage your deliverables and collaborate directly with the marketing team to internalize our creative strengths.
  • Fully immerse in the brand style guide and master the internal workflow of requests. Begin producing edits for social channels (Reels/Stories) and basic static assets.
  • Exercise autonomy to analyze and suggest improvements to scripts, and lead the creation of visual languages for educational and event videos, applying motion and soundtracks that follow Truss’s “cut/fashion” aesthetic.
  • Fully manage your own delivery pipeline (video + static), ensuring alignment with stakeholders and delivering high-quality materials for digital and print campaigns (email marketing, flyers, and banners).

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
  • Portfolio demonstrating a strong aesthetic sensibility, with emphasis on dynamic edits, quick cuts, and visual sophistication (fashion-film style).
  • English: Technical ability to create and review subtitles and graphic assets in English (strong reading and writing skills).
  • Proven experience in both video/motion editing and graphic design for online and offline media.
  • Ability to self-manage deadlines and priorities in a high-volume environment.
