About the role
- Analysis and design of the implementation requirements for the module
- Coordination with consulting teams to ensure best practices and optimal use of the module
- Analysis of requirements versus future roadmap
- Connecting the Employee Central Benefits front-end with Payroll and the employee portal where benefits are selected
- Designing processes integrated with other AI solutions, ServiceNow, and connections to other ecosystems that depend on employee data
- Responsible for the following processes: benefits registration, benefits eligibility, benefits packages, integration of the process with payroll, integration of the process with onboarding, and connection with benefits partners across onboarding, transfers and terminations
- Mediating with the business area to orchestrate process mapping (workshops) and organizing the backlog of future improvements
- Assessing customization needs and mapping the impacts
- Aligning process design with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, other solutions and/or processes
- Executing unit testing before release to the business team, ensuring the expected quality for business testing and process integration
- Supporting data migration for the module
- After the project, maintaining AMS for the Employee Central module, managing releases, evolving the roadmap and performing impact analysis for the business.
Requirements
- Benefits specialization: Proven experience implementing and supporting the Global Benefits module
- Academic background: Degree in IT, Business Administration, HR or related fields
- Experience in complex projects: Proven experience configuring benefits with multiple eligibility rules and integration with EC Payroll
- MDF and Business Rules: Advanced expertise in MDF and in creating complex logic to automate deductions and eligibility
- Integration Center: Ability to extract reports and build simple interfaces for benefits providers using the native tool
- Provisioning: Knowledge of the back-end configurations required to enable and optimize the benefits module
- Workflows: Expertise in creating approval flows for benefit requests and life events
- Intermediate English: Essential for reading SAP technical documentation, opening tickets and participating in global projects (meetings)
- Desirable SAP certification: SAP SF EC
- Consultative capability: Ability to question the client’s current processes and propose SAP best practices
- Resilience and negotiation: Ability to manage stakeholder expectations when company benefit rules differ from the system standard
- Clear communication: Ability to translate technical terms for HR and business terms for IT.
