About the role

  • As an Associate Product Manager at Grupo Boticário, you will be the strategic link between data and the business, turning user pain points into innovative data products. Your mission will be to guide the product vision and roadmap, facilitate prioritization of initiatives, and translate technical complexity into real value, ensuring our technology solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Product Management and Vision
  • Become an expert in the data products, their users, and the users’ pain points and needs
  • Define, document, and keep the Product Vision up to date
  • Manage, update, and communicate the roadmap and incremental product changes, ensuring clear communication
  • Define, prioritize, and track product metrics to keep the product on the right track
  • Conduct research to collect user feedback and cross-reference it with product metrics to inform decision-making
  • Act as a facilitator in prioritization dynamics (OKRs, problem discovery, and Product Backlog Building - PBB)
  • Manage and keep the stakeholder map up to date
  • Alignment and Communication
  • Provide the development team with inputs on what needs to be built and why
  • Ensure alignment between data, tech, and stakeholder teams
  • Communicate achievements, status, and product performance to users and stakeholders
  • Build clear executive presentations that translate technical product complexity into business impact
  • Ensure the development team is on track to build the right product
  • Support the executive layer to ensure the product meets the group’s strategic objectives
  • Govern initiatives and epics for OKR cycles in BusinessMap

Requirements

  • Hard Skills
  • Solid knowledge of Product Management
  • Sufficient knowledge of data disciplines (Analytics Engineering and Data Science) to autonomously lead discussions with stakeholders and the development team
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or BigQuery (or other Big Data platforms) to explore and validate data sources
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in Project Management to monitor multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Differentials
  • Knowledge of tools: BusinessMap, Miro, and Slack
  • Knowledge in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Architecture, and Data Platform
