About the role

  • Lead technical initiatives and collaborate on the technical development of the technologies, processes and people you work with;
  • Act as a DevOps practitioner in the day-to-day for Platform Engineering teams focused on Developer Experience, SDLC best practices and agile infrastructure;
  • Implement solutions with a constant focus on quality, performance, programming best practices, simplicity and the best user experience for our products;
  • Develop, test, deploy and monitor what you build;
  • Improve applications by identifying opportunities for enhancement, making recommendations, designing and implementing systems;
  • Participate in decisions related to product implementation, always focused on the best experience for the user;
  • Maintain, improve and review existing code through Code Review and Pair Programming;
  • Maintain good working relationships while seeking innovative solutions for our digital products;
  • Investigate, test and propose the adoption of new technologies;
  • Keep documentation up to date;
  • Work collaboratively, communicate effectively and practice feedback with peers and leaders;
  • Be passionate about problem solving and pursue the best solutions for our technology team.

Requirements

  • DevOps and Platform Engineering practices;
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) — Terraform;
  • Knowledge of public clouds (AWS, GCP);
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., ArgoCD, GitHub and GitHub Actions);
  • Strong experience with Helm and Kubernetes;
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (New Relic, Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus and OpenTelemetry);
  • Ability to build scripts in an appropriate language (Shell scripting, Python, Go or TypeScript).
