About the role

  • Be responsible for the development, evolution and maintenance of the frontend for the Data Platform tools
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactions with a focus on user experience (UX)
  • Ensure adherence to design patterns, taxonomy and expected behaviors of web applications
  • Create, validate and test hypotheses to improve usability and interface performance
  • Develop solutions using React, Next.js and TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Ensure frontend architecture, governance and security
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Data and Technology teams to ensure cohesive solutions
  • Navigate across squads, value streams and chapters, removing technical impediments
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions
  • Work autonomously, adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • Ensure solution quality by creating and executing test plans at different stages of development
  • Identify root causes of issues and propose continuous improvements
  • Actively participate in projects and initiatives, understanding business rules to propose the best technical solution
  • Mentor and collaborate with less experienced professionals
  • Act with an ownership mindset, proactivity and responsibility
  • Actively contribute to a positive organizational climate
