About the role

  • Implement scalable, high-performance backend solutions;
  • Develop, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain systems;
  • Actively collaborate with the team and the Product Manager to find innovative solutions;
  • Raise the technical quality bar through code reviews and pair programming;
  • Ensure delivery stability through automated testing and proactive monitoring;
  • Keep technical documentation up to date and support the technical growth of other developers on the team;
  • Work rigorously to protect sensitive data (LGPD compliance).

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Python OR .NET (C#), with the ability to operate in a multi-language environment;
  • Proven experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with a willingness to primarily work with AWS;
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests);
  • Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and software design best practices;
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams;
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills, autonomy, clear communication, and an ownership mindset in technical decisions;
  • Ability to work collaboratively, share knowledge, and operate in a multifunctional environment.
