About the role

  • Architecture and development: Design and implement high-performance backend services and frontend interfaces, actively participating in system design discussions
  • Experience evolution: Build React components that enable intuitive visualization and management of agent flows
  • Resilience and operations: Participate in the squad's technical support rotation, ensuring production stability and resolving incidents with a focus on root cause
  • Engineering culture: Implement and promote automated testing practices (unit/integration) and robust CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
  • Cross-disciplinary collaboration: Translate Product, Design and BI requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring incremental delivery of value
  • Mentoring: Serve as a technical reference for the team, raising the bar for code quality (code review) and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Senior fullstack experience: Deep proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) for high-availability services and React (JavaScript/TypeScript) for modern front-ends
  • Cloud experience: Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform
  • Data proficiency: Strong SQL skills for large-volume data manipulation and experience with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB/DocumentDB) databases
  • DevOps/Cloud Native culture: Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes, as well as CI/CD pipelines, GitFlow and quality tools such as Sonar
  • Agile mindset: Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and focus on continuous delivery
  • Differentials: Experience with GenAI/LLMs and knowledge of WebSockets or data streaming
