About the role

  • Develop, evolve and maintain solutions for the Risk Platform, responsible for Credit and Anti‑Fraud across the company ecosystem.
  • Act as a Full Stack Developer with a primary focus on backend development.
  • Maintain and enhance existing projects developed in Python, ensuring stability and continuity of solutions.
  • Develop new projects in Node.js, participating in technical decisions and the implementation of solutions.
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Work on critical systems, ensuring performance, security, scalability and reliability.
  • Contribute to technical and architectural decisions, proposing solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with partner teams, supporting the construction of technical solutions integrated into the credit and risk context.
  • Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting less-experienced developers, promoting best practices, conducting code reviews and sharing knowledge.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer in medium- to high-complexity environments.
  • Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Python and Node.js.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
  • Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases.
  • Experience with critical systems, with a constant focus on performance, security and scalability.
  • Experience in credit, anti‑fraud, financial or banking projects.
  • Ability to work with technical autonomy, critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication skills, a collaborative attitude and the ability to interact with different areas of the company.
