About the role

  • Development and Architecture: Contribute to product construction, actively participating in architecture design and building the solution.
  • Quality Culture: Promote best practices within the team, such as code reviews, pair programming and secure development.
  • Maintenance and Improvement: Triage bugs, propose fixes and improvements to code/roles, and document workflows and technical designs.
  • Collaboration: Participate in squad and chapter rituals, working in an environment focused on continuous feedback and delivering value to the customer.

Requirements

  • What we’re looking for (Requirements):
  • Technical Stack: Solid experience with Node.js (back-end) and React/Next.js (front-end).
  • Architecture: Knowledge of microservices, microfrontends, REST APIs and event-driven architecture (Kafka, SQS).
  • Data and Performance: Experience with relational databases (RDS) and caching strategies (Redis, Valkey).
  • Quality and Versioning: Proficiency in unit testing, API testing and version control via GitHub.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, inquisitive profile with strong relationship-building skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Nice to have (What would delight us):
  • Knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management).
  • Experience with other languages (Java or Python).
  • Experience with infrastructure/Cloud: AWS (Lambda, SNS, CloudFront), GitOps and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of identity directories (Active Directory / Azure AD).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Jira, Kanbanize/Businessmap).
  • Advanced English: For technical reading, training and interaction with vendors.
