About the role

  • Responsible for the monthly close and accounting/management analysis of the area’s results, and for integrating with related departments;
  • Analyze the P&L versus discounts granted;
  • Participate in the preparation of management reports for executive presentations in a clear and concise manner;
  • Perform monthly management and reporting of results and monitor the area’s activities;
  • Integrate with the tech team to manage and improve processes;
  • Monitor and analyze the area’s KPIs;
  • Participate in digital transformation projects;
  • Interact with various departments to ensure synergy and optimize processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of Financial Planning (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to synthesize information and prepare executive-level materials;
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, etc.);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and SQL;
  • Experience with SAP, TM1, and Tableau is a plus;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Flexible, adaptable, enthusiastic, hands-on, and team-oriented.
