About the role

  • Map processes to identify credit-related risks: onboarding, credit analysis, issuance and delivery of boleto payment slips, payment, reconciliation, collections and debt recovery, financing.
  • Audit and test processes to identify risks.
  • Categorize risks, ensuring an accurate assessment of criticality.
  • Support the definition and implementation of controls together with business areas.
  • Ensure process compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare executive materials to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Practical knowledge of various financial products with a risk-focused view on payments and credit. Experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of the laws and regulations governing the financial sector (e.g., Central Bank of Brazil - BACEN, National Monetary Council - CMN) and the ability to interpret and apply these standards in practice.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and persuasively to different audiences, including executives.
  • Strong presentation and report-writing skills are essential.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems independently, proposing creative and effective solutions.
  • Nice to have:
  • Consulting experience.
  • Experience in banking and fintech.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000), risk mapping and assessment methodologies (qualitative and quantitative), and mitigation planning.
  • Experience with internal or external audit.
