About the role
- Will lead an FP&A team responsible for performance, short- and long-term planning, and business plans (BPs) for new initiatives within the Beleza na Web platform ecosystem;
- Will monitor both business and finance indicators on a monthly basis;
- Will develop the long-term plan annually and participate in its quarterly reviews;
- For new solutions on an ad-hoc basis, aligned with strategy, will lead the development of business plans (BPs) for new initiatives or solutions;
- Will prepare and present executive materials to business and finance leadership committees.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial planning (FP&A) is required. Technical knowledge of preparation and management of financial statements is necessary: income statement (P&L), cash flow, and balance sheet;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect financial management processes with the business strategy;
- Hands-on, curious, resilient and collaborative profile; focused on continuous process improvement and comfortable working autonomously;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership;
- Ability to synthesize information and prepare executive materials for decision-making;
- Experience leading FP&A for large online retailers is a plus.
