About the role

  • Be responsible for implementing and maintaining business processes in the MM module - PTP (Procure to Pay) in SAP S/4HANA for international operations together with the team
  • Build, document and maintain solutions to enable PTP processes for Grupo Boticário’s international operations (Colombia, Portugal and USA), and, together with the team, ensure delivery and updates of the respective documentation
  • Have a holistic view of existing processes in Brazil, identifying synergies and opportunities for international operations
  • Integrate with different teams to ensure cohesion of the processes to be deployed in SAP S/4HANA
  • Work across squads, value streams and chapters to remove impediments
  • Be responsible for the technical-functional detailing of processes, defining the best solutions aligned with the technology architecture strategy and following Information Security guidelines
  • Align with vendors to define technical specifications and carry out validation/testing of implemented processes
  • Structure technology processes to ensure operational maintenance in SAP S/4HANA after implementation, interacting with users, specialists and other Tech teams to identify and fix root causes and apply improvements
  • Ensure solution quality by creating and executing test plans at different stages of the development flow
  • Improve our solutions and processes by giving and receiving feedback and following best practices
  • Willingness to learn, discover and share new business knowledge, methods and technologies
  • Mentor and collaborate with less experienced colleagues with the goal of delivering results and supporting their development

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Procure to Pay processes – SAP S/4HANA MM module
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and implementation best practices using the SAP Activate methodology, aiming to keep the project as standard as possible (minimize customizations)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with SAP MM processes and solutions (SAP MM certification is a plus)
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 integrations with other systems such as WMS (development, maintenance, support and debugging of interfaces)
  • Knowledge of the SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) ecosystem to specify and support integrations and applications – focus on clean core
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and an effective approach to problem solving, defining and implementing processes using as much SAP standard as possible with stakeholders
  • Experience with data loads and access profile mapping
  • Execute/oversee unit, integration and regression testing
  • Document new systems
  • Data security and compliance best practices
  • Ability to learn quickly and pursue continuous improvement
  • Ease in building relationships with key users, vendors and third parties to establish trust and follow up on activity execution
  • Strategic communication with stakeholders
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Nice to have: experience with international scenarios (Colombia and Portugal)
  • Nice to have: English and Spanish (or concrete plans to learn them if not already proficient).
