About the role

  • Monitor and validate architectural projects across the different Sales Channels (Stores, Reseller Spaces and Warehouses), ensuring adherence to the company's standards and guidelines
  • Take a critical view of the operational execution of construction works, identifying opportunities to optimize and evolve architectural models
  • Interface with suppliers and architecture firms, coordinating project adjustments, technical alignments and validating budgets for the involved items
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with Commercial Consultants, Architecture Firms, suppliers and Franchisees, ensuring alignment, smooth execution and clarity of responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of continuous improvements across the network by analyzing field solutions, recognizing best practices and developing small, high-impact actions that improve efficiency, cost and customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture
  • Analytical mindset with attention to data
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Slack or similar)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace, with strong skills in Sheets, Docs and Slides
  • Previous experience in Retail Architecture
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to organize, track and control deliverables
  • Strong aesthetic sense with a critical eye for quality and standardization
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Strategic outlook, connecting technical decisions to business objectives
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability for occasional site visits
