About the role
- Measure project closing results and progress and report them
- Analyze to identify deviations and risks to achieving goals
- Work with other areas to create alternatives to reach targets
- Measure the results of campaigns and other structured sales activation actions
- Define KPIs for the variable compensation structure of the Commercial team
- Ensure data integrity for performance monitoring
- Support and build dashboards for results monitoring
- Define the agenda of management rituals for official B2B meetings, both for performance management and structural projects
- Execute the defined governance, ensuring meeting format and efficiency; prioritize agendas according to relevance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consumer goods companies
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role
- Experience in B2B with similar channels (pharma, food, or perfumery), or with indirect channels
- Experience in the hygiene and beauty market is a plus
- Desired experience in Trade, Planning, or Strategy areas
- Advanced skills in simulation tools, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and SQL
- Analytical profile with an understanding of financial concepts, operating models, and consumer goods company dynamics
- Ability to build executive reports
- Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive structural transformations
- Availability for travel and in-person meetings
