About the role

  • Develop the platform front-end using React.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactions, always aiming for the best user experience (UX).
  • Ensure adherence to design standards (Design System), taxonomy, and general web app behaviors.
  • Propose and validate hypotheses for improving interface usability and performance.
  • Safeguard the architecture, governance, and security of front-end applications.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and microservices using Python.
  • Efficiently integrate the front-end with back-end services.
  • Work cross-functionally with all teams to promote a data-driven culture through the interface.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with the React library for front-end development.
  • Proficiency in Python, specifically in building and consuming APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Strong sense of user experience and ability to implement design patterns and taxonomy.
  • Proficiency in system integration and data handling via APIs.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with Figma for creating/reading prototypes and managing Design Systems.
  • Knowledge of Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
  • Knowledge of SQLAlchemy.
  • Familiarity with Data Engineering concepts (Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence).
  • Knowledge of AI, GenAI, and/or applying these topics in software development (e.g., agent creation, MCP Server, etc.)
