About the role
- Strategic CRM planning: design and monitor the area’s strategic planning metrics, aligned with the company’s objectives and channel challenges;
- Area budget planning: revenue forecasting, management of message sends (send operations) and secondary indicators;
- Strategic point of contact for the CRM team with stakeholders, responsible for connecting flows and outcomes, influencing process improvements and aligning with CRM strategy;
- Point person for results flow, preparing the area’s executive reports alongside management;
- Technical leadership of the results team.
Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering;
- Advanced Python and SQL;
- Analytical profile, results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, proactive and resilient;
- Experience preparing executive materials and presenting in meetings;
- Experience in area-level budget and strategic planning;
- Statistical background is a plus.
