About the role
- The role’s main challenge is to identify and implement new personalization and recommendation opportunities to maximize the performance of automated flows and journeys focused on monetizing customers for QDB, Eudora and O Boticário.
- The professional will act in governance, management and stakeholder interfaces, being responsible for the complete lifecycle of journeys, which includes:
- - Planning and Operation: Configuration of triggers, communication flows, segmentations, and creation/review of content for channels such as email, SMS, push and WhatsApp;
- - Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Ensuring the technical functioning of flows and journeys, monitoring integrations with platforms such as CDP and CRM, and addressing performance issues;
- - Evolutions, documentation and interfaces: Conducting A/B tests, maintaining a roadmap of enhancements based on impact and feasibility, documenting processes, and coordinating with other CRM areas (cadence/schedule, loyalty, creative);
- - Results Analysis: Tracking KPIs via dashboards, channel- and segment-level data analysis, and presenting performance reports to stakeholders and the team.
Requirements
- Mastery of marketing automation platforms: especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP tools;
- Data handling and analysis: Knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Google Analytics (GA) and data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau;
- CRM metrics: Ability to interpret and analyze KPIs such as LTV (Lifetime Value), GMV (incremental and acquired), open rate, CTR and conversion rate;
- Analytical thinking: Ability to extract insights from large volumes of data to support strategic decision-making;
- Strategic mindset: Linking automations to business objectives and the customer journey;
- Continuous improvement focus: Commitment to monitor results and propose adjustments to maximize performance;
- Organization and planning: Ability to manage multiple projects, understand complexity and prioritize;
- Effective communication: Ability to present data and analyses clearly, persuasively and concisely to different audiences;
- Proactivity and collaboration: Initiative to seek solutions and ease of working in teams with creative and other stakeholders;
- Attention to detail: Ensuring technical accuracy.
