About the role

  • Perform performance and competitive analyses, identifying opportunities;
  • Validate communication materials, catalogs, and databases (price, description, promotions, etc.);
  • Support the development of the demand rationale, portfolio, and pricing positioning for launches, together with the innovation team;
  • Work in partnership with all areas, engaging and influencing stakeholders to ensure execution of category initiatives;
  • Support pipeline development and provide feedback to the innovation hub regarding consumer needs and business opportunities; support the study and structuring of the go-to-market strategy for launches;
  • Support the Communications area in developing communication plans for franchisees, resellers, and consumers;
  • Support the development and implementation of short- and medium-term strategies and action plans to achieve category profitability (volume and retail and industry revenue, margin, and market share);
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Category Strategic Plan through analysis of internal and external data, identification and measurement of business growth levers, and construction of medium- and long-term scenarios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience in the Beauty/Cosmetics and Retail segments will be considered a plus;
  • Experience in the suncare (sun protection/sunscreen) category will be considered a plus.
