About the role

  • Provide technical leadership for marketing projects, focusing on solutions for Communications, Content, Personalization and GenAI;
  • Serve as the technical reference and focal point between Technology, Data, Communications, Marketing and strategic vendors/partners;
  • Define, manage and evolve the Martech technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with technology strategy, scalability, security and governance;
  • Lead backlog management, prioritization and technical dependency coordination, ensuring efficient execution and delivery of business value;
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology, identifying bottlenecks and translating marketing teams' needs into practical, implementable and sustainable solutions;
  • Participate in all project stages, from planning through implementation and monitoring of results;
  • Evaluate, select and lead the implementation of market platforms such as CMS, DAM, DXP, marketing automation and personalization platforms, DCO, dynamic content solutions and GenAI;
  • Provide consultative support on highly complex projects, guiding technical decisions and ensuring architecture and integration best practices;
  • Diagnose operational and technological bottlenecks, proposing automations, integrations and continuous improvements;
  • Act as the technical champion for Martech solutions, promoting platform adoption among marketing and communications teams and ensuring efficient and sustainable use.

Requirements

  • Proven, hands-on experience in technology and/or Artificial Intelligence projects, with exposure to complex corporate environments;
  • Strong command of technical project management and agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum);
  • Practical experience with market platforms such as CMS, DAM, DXP, marketing automation and personalization platforms, CDP, DCO and dynamic content solutions, and GenAI tools applied to marketing and communications;
  • Experience with platform integrations, APIs, data flows and digital ecosystems;
  • Ability to structure technical roadmaps, journeys and process flows involving multiple areas and vendors;
  • Clear, concise communication and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels (technical and business), with experience presenting to executives;
  • Consultative, organized and analytical profile with strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Advanced English for leading technical agendas, negotiations and alignments with global vendors;
  • Analytical, organized and consultative profile with a strong sense of ownership;
  • Preferred: clear, concise communication and the ability to deliver executive presentations.
