About the role

  • You will work in the Consumer Satisfaction area within the VP Consumer organization, focusing on data analysis directly supporting business areas:
  • Manipulate and extract data for analyses (SQL) and validate datasets (GCP/Google tools);
  • Produce, compile, and analyze customer satisfaction data (NPS, CSAT, etc.) for multichannel, multi-brand customers to build executive presentations;
  • Propose action plans to improve the experience based on analysis;
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to diagnose issues and develop recommendations for the business;
  • Automate processes and routines by creating and maintaining data pipelines;
  • Ensure best practices and development standards for analytical solutions;

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience handling large datasets and working with databases (preferably Google BigQuery)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with cloud data environments (preferably Google Cloud Platform - GCP)
  • Consistency and aptitude for developing presentations (strong presentation skills)
  • Knowledge of CX and consumer analysis
