About the role

  • We are seeking an Analyst III for Internal Communication & Culture to work cross-functionally, supporting the execution and maintenance of communication and organizational culture strategies for B2C audiences, with a special focus on operational teams.
  • This position is essential to ensure that messages, campaigns, rituals and experiences reach employees clearly, consistently, and aligned with the company’s value proposition, ensuring operational fluidity, organized channels, and high-quality execution.
  • Position objective: ensure the efficient, organized, and consistent execution of Retail internal communication by operating owned channels and supporting the implementation of rituals, symbols and cultural campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategy, clarity for audiences, and reinforcement of the EVP.
  • Operate internal communication channels (e.g., e-mail, WhatsApp and others), including:
  • Management of contact lists and segmentations
  • Scheduling and sending communications
  • Monitoring performance indicators (open rates, read rates, reach)
  • Support the planning and execution of internal campaigns, ensuring clarity, recurrence and alignment with EVP pillars.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers, preparing briefings, following up on deliverables and ensuring quality and deadlines.
  • Support adaptation and translation of corporate communications for different audiences, especially operational teams.
  • Support execution of rituals, symbols and cultural experiences, such as internal events, livestreams, engagement campaigns and institutional initiatives.
  • Contribute to sustaining the employee experience, ensuring coherence between communication, culture and the EVP.
  • Support the organization and execution of the annual culture and communication calendar.
  • Work in an integrated way with different area fronts (Communication, Culture and D&I).
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and organized delivery of outputs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, workflows and communication formats.

Requirements

  • University degree (completed).
  • Experience managing relationships with suppliers or agencies.
  • Experience in internal communication, employee marketing (endomarketing) or related areas.
  • Experience operating communication channels (e-mail, WhatsApp, intranet or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills, writing ability and capability to manage multiple demands.
  • Core competencies: Execution Focus, Adaptability, Cross-functional Influence.
  • Experience in organizational culture projects, internal events or engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of internal communication metrics.
  • Experience with operational audiences or B2C environments.
