About the role

  • Analyze, review and monitor sales forecasts versus actual performance for each franchisee point of sale;
  • Ensure more accurate, tailored sales forecasts for Points of Sale by revising figures generated by the artificial intelligence system (System/MAR);
  • Advise the replenishment team on the main sales strategies for the cycle and their complexities, thereby helping to improve purchase-to-sales outcomes;
  • Support new initiatives to improve sales forecasting and related processes with the aim of increasing productivity and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Experience executing demand planning: analysis of sales forecasts and related metrics (WAPE/MAPE and Bias);
  • Analytical profile, attentive to retail operations and results, with the ability to respond quickly to planned or unexpected changes;
  • Advanced knowledge of Google tools or spreadsheets;
  • Hybrid work model: must be based in São Paulo or Curitiba.
