About the role

  • Statistical analysis of data and KPIs to improve processes across the Market chain;
  • Creation and maintenance of Market Quality dashboards;
  • Identification of gaps and proposals for improvements aimed at ensuring product and process quality in the market;
  • Feedback to internal processes (factories, distribution centers and transportation) for continuous improvement;
  • Creation and implementation of the Franchisee Operational Training Plan focused on product and process quality;
  • Work in constant synergy with internal teams, maintaining a high level of collaboration, commitment and partnership across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or Pharmacy);
  • Experience with data, dashboards and applications, with familiarity in Google tools;
  • Knowledge of Good Storage Practices;
  • Knowledge of quality tools (5W2H, PDCA, Ishikawa, DMAIC);
  • Knowledge of logistics and market quality will be a plus;
  • Availability to work hybrid in São Paulo (Vila Olímpia office).
