About the role
- We are seeking a professional with solid experience and strategic vision to join our team in a high-impact role: Trade Marketing Specialist – Pharma (KAC)
- This is an opportunity to lead the development and management of our business with key players in the pharmaceutical channel, transforming strategic partnerships into sustainable growth through action plans that increase our market share and ensure our brands are present where they need to be.
- This position will be instrumental in driving results and execution excellence, focusing on the following areas:
- Strategic Account Management: Develop, negotiate and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with the channel's key accounts. Monitor execution performance and implement actions aimed at increasing market share through productivity optimization, assortment expansion and improved distribution;
- Analytical Performance Management: Rigorously track and proactively manage critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including productivity, sell-in, sell-out, Days on Hand (DOH) and margin, ensuring achievement of established targets;
- Development of Customized Plans: Design and implement measurable, highly targeted action plans, tailoring commercial strategies to the specific needs of each strategic customer to maximize results;
- Analysis and Go-to-Market: Translate large volumes of market data into actionable insights. Develop go-to-market and productivity strategies that ensure correct brand presence and visibility at Points of Sale (POS);
- Cross-functional Coordination: Lead and coordinate internal agendas, facilitating plan discussions and alignment, presenting results to senior management, activating Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) and effectively launching new products;
- Relationship and Partnership: Build and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with key client stakeholders, positioning the company as a strategic partner;
- Financial Control and Governance: Manage budgets and investments flow, ensuring full compliance and governance of the process, as well as accurate management of the current account in partnership with the commercial team;
- Institutional Representation: Actively participate in relevant pharmaceutical industry events, trade shows and conventions for networking and trend scouting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical channel (mandatory);
- Deep knowledge of commercial KPI management and data analysis tools;
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience structuring complex JBPs;
- Strong analytical capability to turn data into strategic plans;
- Availability to travel.
