About the role

  • Implement the best frontend solutions, always prioritizing quality, performance, programming best practices, simplicity, and the best user experience for our products
  • Participate in product implementation decisions, demonstrating ownership
  • Develop, write unit tests, deploy, and monitor the code you deliver (and ensure quality and good programming practices)
  • Improve applications by identifying opportunities for enhancement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems
  • Improve system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and by developing standard operating procedures
  • Maintain, improve, and review existing code through Code Review and Pair Programming
  • Maintain positive working relationships, seek innovative solutions for projects, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly
  • Research and adopt new technologies when relevant
  • Keep documentation up to date
  • Be passionate about problem solving and finding viable solutions

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with TypeScript, React.js, and state management
  • Unit, integration, and regression testing
  • Tooling (webpack, esbuild, vite)
  • Integration via REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • Experience with monitoring/observability/logs (New Relic, Sentry)
  • Attention to layout (pixel-perfect)
  • Web performance, accessibility, and SEO
  • Experience with design systems (nice to have)
  • Experience with microfrontends (nice to have)
