About the role

  • Lead the technical direction of the Flutter development team
  • Collaborate with leaders from other areas to ensure efficient technology integration and platform consistency
  • Monitor the development lifecycle and propose continuous improvements to optimize team productivity
  • Make complex technical decisions and foster decision-making autonomy within the team
  • Mentor developers and support the creation and evaluation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  • Lead the creation of ADRs (Architectural Decision Records), guide refinement sessions and orchestrate high-level technical discussions
  • Ensure architectural decisions meet business requirements, ensuring the solution is resilient
  • Monitor alerts and dashboards, ensuring the stability and quality of delivered code

Requirements

  • Ability to work autonomously in a cross-functional, multi-language, collaborative environment
  • Flutter: Strong experience with Flutter development, including state management, navigation, and API integration
  • Mobile Development: Extensive knowledge of mobile application lifecycles, UX/UI best practices, and basic performance optimization
  • Backend Integration: Proficiency consuming REST APIs, error handling, authentication, and asynchronous data handling
  • Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban), participating in daily stand-ups, plannings and retrospectives
  • Automated Testing: Advanced knowledge of unit and widget testing, with a strong focus on code quality
  • Problem Solving: Ability to debug and resolve technical issues independently
