About the role
- Perform critical analysis of transportation logistics costs, connecting them to operational levers;
- Investigate and explain the main causes of budget variances, proposing corrective and preventive actions;
- Monitor and analyze logistics cost performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with established targets;
- Prepare and present executive reports that communicate results clearly and concisely;
- Lead and participate in critical review meetings with operations, presenting findings and discussing opportunities and challenges;
- Participate in the budgeting process by running simulations based on business and operational assumptions;
- Collaborate with other areas such as Transportation, PFO, Procurement, and Channels to ensure synergy and process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial/Production Engineering, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in a related area (desirable);
- Solid experience in transportation cost analysis;
- Proficiency with data analysis tools;
- Knowledge of logistics performance indicators;
- Hybrid work (must reside in Curitiba or São Paulo)
