About the role

  • Perform critical analysis of transportation logistics costs, connecting them to operational levers;
  • Investigate and explain the main causes of budget variances, proposing corrective and preventive actions;
  • Monitor and analyze logistics cost performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with established targets;
  • Prepare and present executive reports that communicate results clearly and concisely;
  • Lead and participate in critical review meetings with operations, presenting findings and discussing opportunities and challenges;
  • Participate in the budgeting process by running simulations based on business and operational assumptions;
  • Collaborate with other areas such as Transportation, PFO, Procurement, and Channels to ensure synergy and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial/Production Engineering, or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree in a related area (desirable);
  • Solid experience in transportation cost analysis;
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools;
  • Knowledge of logistics performance indicators;
  • Hybrid work (must reside in Curitiba or São Paulo)
