About the role

  • In this role, you will act as the Product Manager for internal and third‑party education and corporate communication tools, serving as the strategic bridge between People (HR) needs and the capabilities of contracted platforms and internal products.
  • Strategic Vision (Platform Focus): Act not only as a receiver of requests but as a strategic partner to the People area, provoking discussions about the future of talent development, corporate communication and organizational design. Contribute to defining the long‑term vision and objectives of the Education and Communication journey, taking into account the limitations and opportunities of the platforms used. Also focus on value generation by conducting discoveries, validating hypotheses and using iterative approaches, promoting continuous experimentation and rapid learning to adjust and evolve the product based on user needs.
  • Problem/Pain Point and Opportunity Identification: Lead discovery of user pains and opportunities (employees, BPs and leaders), proactively engaging stakeholders and collaborating with business areas, UX, development and data teams to understand and resolve user pains. Identify gaps between tool functionality and user needs, seeking solutions through customization, new integrations or complementary internal development.
  • Strategic Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Manage communication and alignment between stakeholders and vendors. Negotiate expectations, timelines and the prioritization of platform enhancements and fixes. Additionally, evolve ways of working by mapping opportunities to improve processes.
  • Roadmap and Backlog Management (Integration and Configuration Focus): Plan, update and prioritize the backlog focused on configuration, integration and platform optimization. Ensure the roadmap aligns with business needs and the organization’s strategic objectives. Coordinate priority setting and continuous backlog updates, ensuring smooth workflow and delivery of commitments.
  • Application of Agile Methods (Process Focus): Implement and apply agile frameworks (such as Kanban) to optimize the use, integration and maintenance of third‑party tools and the internal processes that rely on them.
  • Communication, Negotiation and Influence: Act as a change agent within the People area, evangelizing stakeholders about the product mindset (testing, MVP, hypothesis validation) and helping partner teams prioritize based on value and impact (outcomes) rather than delivery volume (outputs). Have the ability to say “no” with justification and to negotiate alternative solutions that deliver more value with less development effort.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital product management as a Product Manager.
  • Experience with experimentation, hypothesis validation and data monitoring to support decision‑making.
  • Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform decisions (data‑informed).
  • Proven experience managing and implementing third‑party platforms and tools (B2B SaaS).
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Clear and objective communication, both written and in presentations.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, able to signal blockers and unforeseen scenarios at any stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Previous experience with digital products focused on the People area (People Tech), preferably in Education and/or Corporate Communication.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in Vendor Management, third‑party platforms and Contracts (SLA).
  • Fluency in English for interactions with international vendors.
  • Be an effective facilitator in negotiations between stakeholders and vendors, managing conflicts constructively and assertively.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and performance metrics (People Analytics).
  • Experience with OKR cycles.
