About the role

  • Lead and oversee the development of features for International B2C, managing the interaction between e-commerce and in-store solutions, identifying the best opportunities to prioritize appropriately;
  • Backlog Management: Organize, prioritize, and refine the backlog of improvements and sustainment (BAU), applying value engineering methodologies to maximize the impact of each delivery;
  • Product Strategic Vision: Structure and communicate the long-term vision for the squad’s products, aligning it with the company’s strategic objectives and identifying new innovation opportunities;
  • Performance Management: Define and monitor success metrics for the products, using data to support strategic decisions and ensure efficient resource allocation;
  • Roadmap Development: Develop, maintain, and clearly communicate the product roadmap to Technology stakeholders, business areas, and other verticals;
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement and monitor strategies for the continuous improvement of processes and financial systems under your management.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Product Manager, focused on digital products;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
  • Analytical profile, with critical thinking and proactivity to solve problems.
  • English for some work meetings.
  • It will be a plus if you have: Experience with Shopify and working on digital products for physical retail stores.
