About the role

  • Responsible for implementing the best backend solutions for our clients in a collaborative manner, always aiming to provide the best user experience for our products;
  • Responsible for coding, performing unit and integration tests, deploying and monitoring, and ensuring code quality and programming best practices;
  • Improve applications by identifying opportunities for enhancement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems;
  • Demonstrate an owner mindset by participating in implementation decisions for the products;
  • Improve system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures;
  • Maintain, improve, and review existing code through code review and pair programming;
  • Investigate and adopt new technologies when relevant;
  • Keep documentation up to date and act as a technical mentor to other developers, sharing programming best practices with the team.

Requirements
