About the role

  • Orchestrate the product vision for the GenAI agent-building platform, ensuring the solution scales to meet the needs of the entire Grupo Boticário.
  • Lead cross-functional collaborations, acting as a strategic bridge between different business units to integrate GenAI initiatives into the platform synergistically.
  • Turn data into intelligence, maintaining full autonomy over data handling and dashboard creation to measure impact and ROI of deliveries.
  • Mitigate risks with agility and creativity, ensuring the team maintains execution velocity despite uncertainties and roadmap changes.
  • Influence and raise the technical bar, serving as a reference for peers and stakeholders by bringing benchmarks and thought-provoking ideas that drive product maturity.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager for platform products (internal tools, APIs, or services that enable other products), with an understanding of the complexity of foundational products serving multiple internal users.
  • Proven experience with early-stage products and active involvement in designing new solutions.
  • Analytical proficiency with SQL, analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Technical capability to discuss feasibility, risks, scope definition, and trade-offs with developers.
  • Communication that connects and inspires, with strong political negotiation skills to align expectations across diverse stakeholders.
  • Maturity in managing uncertainty, with an entrepreneurial and resilient profile to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Deep analytical vision, with mastery of data tools for building business plans and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Prior experience with Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), demonstrating familiarity with agentic languages, tools, and the AI context.
