About the role
- As a Product Manager SPEC I you will manage a technical product whose mission is to connect internal and external data that will serve both internal areas and external stakeholders (distributors within Grupo Boticário’s B2B/P ecosystem).
- Through your work, you will be one of the people (together with the team) responsible for enabling the ingestion of relevant data that has not yet been integrated into the ecosystem and for maintaining existing integrations, enabling other teams to create the views that these data will allow.
- You will also be responsible for bringing to life a visual front-end screen for this product, making it possible to perform internal monitoring regarding the status of integrated data, volume metrics, latency, significant value deviations, total errors, counts of tickets by data type and target user, etc.
Requirements
- Experience working with data products as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Data Product Analyst;
- Basic knowledge of Data Science (e.g., types of modeling, statistical approaches, experimentation cycles, model testing and PoCs — ability to communicate and guide the team; programming skills are not required but are a plus);
- Strong understanding of data ingestion, processing, and structuring, as well as concepts such as pipelines, datasets, databases, and queries;
- Comfortable and experienced with applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and/or others) in multidisciplinary, collaborative teams;
- Familiarity with User Experience concepts and practices, product design, hypothesis testing, and innovation scenarios;
- Ability to weigh discussions and encourage data-driven decisions;
- Ability to combine quantitative analysis with qualitative research to develop hypotheses and make decisions;
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with frequent change and ongoing transformation;
- High capacity for planning and organization, able to surface blockers and unforeseen scenarios at any stage of the product lifecycle;
- Demonstrates critical thinking, a questioning product mindset, and a strategic vision for the product’s future, impacts, results and—above all—scalability.
