About the role
- Prepare media briefs and present them to partner agencies
- Evaluate, approve and monitor tactical media plans
- Ensure alignment with internal teams
- Participate in performance meetings with a campaign optimization focus tied to business objectives
- Produce post-campaign reports with insights and reusable learnings
- Assist in managing brand/campaign budgets, accounting transfers and monitoring financial commitments with partners
- Control and manage area contracts, interfacing with Legal and external partners
- Assist with invoice validation, provisions and internal controls
Requirements
- Experience in media
- Analytical, business-oriented profile
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related fields
- Strategic mindset, decisive and results-oriented
- Organized, excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical orientation
- Desired:
- Experience in controlling and managing media investments
- Experience operating campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
