About the role

  • Propose, lead and enable highly complex/disruptive product innovation projects in the haircare category;
  • Actively participate in the development of the category's long-term Strategic Plan, taking into account consumer behavior, the competitive landscape and trends;
  • Ensure competitiveness of launches in the domestic and international markets, driving the adoption of innovations;
  • Ensure and protect the brands' positioning in the market and with consumers;
  • Strategic alignments and presentations with Senior Executive Leadership;
  • Proactively and continuously monitor market and consumer trends to generate insights and propose meaningful changes to the business/portfolio;
  • Ensure achievement of profitability (MC - contribution margin) and sustainability indicators for projects under your responsibility;
  • Co-responsibility for the category's Strategic Key Results (KRs);
  • Ensure implementation of launches through coordination with areas such as: R&D, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Sales Intelligence, Finance, Procurement, S&OP and Commercial;
  • Effectively manage budget control to achieve the strategic plan objectives;
  • Provide inspiring and decisive team leadership. Retain and develop talent;
  • Consumer-centric mindset with strong skills in identifying behaviors and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate specialization in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Design or related fields;
  • **Must reside in São Paulo (SP) or Curitiba (PR)**, as the position is hybrid;
  • Strategic vision and strong ability to make connections;
  • Highly adaptable and resilient;
  • Curious profile, tuned to market trends and competitive activity;
  • Keen and provocative aesthetic sense;
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder relationship skills;
  • Prior experience in project development and innovation is desirable, ideally in the cosmetics, beauty, fashion or related segments;
