About the role

  • Teach, lead, and mentor the team in advanced Data Science techniques and solutions
  • Lead the development of optimization models and Generative AI
  • Manage people and projects, actively participating in multidisciplinary initiatives
  • Work with stakeholders to uncover business needs and translate them into Data Science solutions
  • Support the planning and monitoring of Machine Learning pipelines in production

Requirements

  • Strong technical experience with SQL, Python/R or other languages for data modeling and analysis
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
  • Development of analytical solutions using statistical methods and Machine Learning algorithms
  • Data wrangling and cleaning
  • Machine learning modeling focused on complex portfolio problems
  • Productionalization and monitoring of Machine Learning pipelines and models in production
  • Interpersonal skills for effective communication with teams and stakeholders
