About the role

  • Support mapping of the educational journey of the VD channel sales force;
  • Monitor and support training engagement action plans;
  • Monitor reports of process-related questions, identify training needs and assign them to teams;
  • Support the creation of training engagement monitoring reports;
  • Support budgeting and administrative follow-up for the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data or related fields (in progress or completed);
  • Retail experience is a plus;
  • Experience with routines and controls (dashboards, spreadsheets);
  • Knowledge of formatting and monitoring performance indicators;
  • Proficiency with Google tools – Google Slides and Google Sheets.
