About the role
- Participate in the development and evolution of a portfolio of digital products, from conception through post-launch
- Become an expert in users' pain points and market trends, leading alignment sessions, problem discovery and ideation with squads, stakeholders, partners and users
- Lead experiments to validate hypotheses, documenting and sharing learnings to drive product evolution
- Define and manage product metrics and objectives (OKRs) and the product roadmap
- Run prioritization ceremonies for development cycles (e.g., PI planning, release planning) with the team and stakeholders
- Lead refinement sessions and agile routines with the engineering team
- Inspire the development team around the product purpose, demonstrating value to Grupo Boticário's ecosystem (customers, employees, consultants, resellers, partners and society)
- Support digital transformation and the adoption of a product management culture within the area
Requirements
- Experience working with digital products as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar roles
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and/or others)
- Data-driven mindset, able to turn data into insights by analyzing multiple data sources to identify what has the greatest impact/relevance for the product; combine quantitative analysis with qualitative research to develop hypotheses and make decisions
- Business-oriented product vision, able to connect company strategy and priorities with the product
- Familiarity with user experience, design and innovation concepts and practices
- Proactive, challenging attitude and willingness to question the status quo with peers and product and related area leaders
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentations
- High planning and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment
- Experience managing digital products for direct sales or e-commerce
- Experience leading digital product experiments (Growth)
