About the role

  • Define the roadmap aligned with Grupo Boticário's strategic and operational needs;
  • Identify pain points and opportunities through continuous discovery sessions with stakeholders and the technical team;
  • Define the technical strategy for VS by building a detailed calendar aligned with the business's critical periods;
  • Align and negotiate with multiple areas and with the development team;
  • Deepen the understanding of development journeys and internal workflows by mapping processes and analyzing data and metrics;
  • Turn pain points and opportunities into user stories, creating and maintaining a well-documented product backlog connected to the roadmap;
  • Propose continuous improvements to meet system needs and drive operational efficiency;
  • Prioritize initiatives and map risks and dependencies that may impact the execution of actions;
  • Orchestrate activities across different teams, lead negotiations, and ensure communication and alignment with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager in digital solutions teams at different stages of the product lifecycle;
  • Basic knowledge of database systems;
  • Experience working with data from the product and from connected products;
  • Use data daily for decision-making, reporting results, pivoting, and running A/B tests;
  • Passion for technical topics, collaboration with developers, and building solutions;
  • Mastery of discovery processes, rituals, and frameworks such as opportunity tree, Value Proposition Canvas, CSD matrix, etc.;
  • Ability to generate hypotheses, partner with Product Designers, conduct benchmarking, and run discovery and brainstorming sessions;
  • Experience with agile methodologies;
  • Ability to define the product's tactical vision, understanding and discussing how it connects to company objectives;
  • Experience monitoring product metrics to support decision-making and prioritization;
  • Experience with value engineering practices for prioritization and trade-offs;
  • Clear and effective communication;
  • Pragmatism and proactivity in proposing solutions.
